I have ordered from several online tailoring services before and had some great products. Unfortunately, I have absolutely nothing good to say about tailor4less.

I decided to order from them for the first time as they guaranteed delivery for 20th August. I took all my measurements as per the guide and made my order. I specifically chose tailor4less because of the delivery guarantee (the jacket was being bought for a summer event on the 23rd). The delivery arrived the 24th (4 days after their guaranteed date.) The jacket was not only ill fitting but has a terrible stain on the shoulder.

I immediately took pictures and sent my issues to customer service. Their response - "get it dry cleaned"! I have tried to explain that the jacket was for a specific event on the 23rd but they couldn't care less. I wish I had have listened to their reviews and steered clear from them.

An absolutely terrible company!

Update: I have now taken my dirty/ill fitted jacket and shirt to the tailors and dry cleaners. The tailor was shocked at how bad it was but did the very best he could for the amount that Tailor4less offer to refund. I've snet in the invoice for reimbursemtn and tailor4less say they will only issue a credit note after 30 days!

So not only do they send me a dirty jacket, I have to get it sorted within 30 days (with my paying upfront) in order to get the refund! Now I am even more out of pocket with a poor quality jacket and a credit to order again - as it I would want to!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Tailor4less Cons: Entire company.

I understand your frustration and you should obviously not receive a stained, or ill-fitted, product.

What happened to you and how it was handled sounds strange to me. I would like to look it up so we can solve this problem for you, and to make things right.

If you please give me your order reference number I will look into the details on what went wrong.

Regarding the delivery time; unfortunately events out of our control can delay shipping time, which must be what happened in your case.

Having that said, I completely understand your frustration and Iโ€™m sorry.
